Summer Peace Camp


A slideshow from our summer camps

The OPEN HOUSE Summer Peace Camp enriches the educational and recreational possibilities for Arab and Jewish children, with about 100 peace campers. The Summer Peace Camp enables Jewish and Arab youngsters to break down stereotypes of one another; to better understand each others’ identity, language and culture; and to develop friendships based on shared experiences. Today, the summer camp brings children from the larger Ramle area, including villages, kibbutzim and other towns (ie – Rehovot, Nes Ziona) and, as far as we know, is the only co-existance summer camp in the region.
